Diabetes Malaysia Terengganu branch has just concluded a Glucerna Challenge Me program with Abbott Nutrition on Saturday, 1 November 2014 at Batu Burok Beach Resort, Kuala Terengganu.
This time, the third round of measuring BMI, blood glucose and blood pressure. The HBA1c is also being conducted to all participants.
The program started with health screening, breakfast, lecture on diet by a dietitian, As usual, to keep participants always alert, the organizer conducted a lucky draw and also as promised earlier, giving away free glucometer to every participant who attended on three consecutive occasions.
The program is a success in making them aware of the diabetes and ways to fight through proper food intake and regular exercise.
